Issues
- High level tasks communicated out to project team on 25th November with a request for availability of Dev Tech resource over this period, however to date no response has been provided

Issues
- ADMISMI, ORGMI and STUDMI has got issues to resolve in DEV after they were migrated. This is currently being worked on, and could be a privilege issue. JIRAs 2 and 3 have been raised.
- Project is AMBER as more time has been taken to fix the issues above in DEV, resulting in milestone moves.
Next Steps
- Fix issues on DEV prior to migrating to TEST
- Milestone dates to be reviewed once the fix is in DEV, but will probably move out by two weeks.
- Migrate data to TEST
- Applications Management to peer test
Status
- The project status is AMBER due to the issues encountered in DEV requiring extra time to fix before moving to TEST.

- Dev Services and Production to estimate the infrastructure and development tasks so that planning can complete.
Issues
- Planning phase expected to take longer due to availability of key staff.
- Resources for Development tasks not likely to be available until the new year.
Next Steps
- Complete Planning phase and book resources.
