Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
Overall Programme RAG: AMBER
The contingency has already been applied to a number of 15/16 projects to balance bdugets and enable their completion this year.
A general slippage across all projects is disappointing but we expect to see the programme delivering most of its benefits by December.
Section Two: Projects Not Started
Project Info | Programme Manager's Commentary |
Implement Environment Monitoring Solution | This is unlikely to proceed, at least as it had been expected. A scoping / gap analysis exercise may be undertaken. |
Annual Upgrade of Development Tools | With the unplanned projects from last year using up this bduget, unlikely we will upgrade in 16/17. |
Provisioning of the Python Environment | Starting this a mnth early, in September. |
