• Project Completion report drafted and issued out for review by project sponsor and programme manager

Issues

• Expectation that the new TAD would be drafted and available to ITI for review and acceptance unfortunately Dev Tech resource has been on leave and now booked on other projects. This has been raised to the appropriate resource manager for them to confirm availability as soon as is possible.
• Closure milestone to be moved out awaiting delivery of TAD and completion report sign off

System Monitoring Pilot

• Some disagreement on wording of report re: objectives and recommendations; Project Sponsor has given PM steer on how to reword to resolve this and has communicated intentions to colleagues in ITI.

• Distribute closure report and incorporate feedback.

INF116 ASTA Upgrade 15/16

•  UAT started
• Test issues resolved
• Provisional LIVE dates agreed
• Initial comms to users issued

Issues:

•  OPEN - There is an oustanding issue that may delay the LIVE upgrade (see INF116 JIRA 1). In testing the application is taking around 1.5mins to open and the cause of this needs to be understood to determine if this is behavour that can be resolved or discuss if this could be acceptable to users. 

Next Steps:

• Complete UAT
• Discuss and agee LIVE dates with ASTA
• complete LIVE upgrade
• Update the timesheet to https

Status

Project status has been set to AMBER as the project has been replanned in the last month (resolved) and there is an outstanding issue that needs to be resolved to allow remaining milestones to be met (open).

INF119 (AP56-047)

Service Resilience Capability

Achievements in Last Period

• Initial review of Top and Medium Priority Services completed for Service resilience e.g full, partial or none - this needs to be reviewed and confirmed by Dev Tech resource

Issues

• Project team are looking to use another potential candidate application (e.g. Wiki) as this is not held on AppsLive, need to review with Service Manager as WIKI Upgrade project COM026 is due to sign off Deployment Review milestone before we consider planning any activity on project
• Project milestones to be reviewed and revised removing any milestones no longer relevant
• Forecasted resource budget in 15/16 of 25 days not fully used therefore may require additional effort in 16/17. This will be re-estimated on completion of first failover application.
• Project Sponsor has asked if we can consider additional scope of testing SRM resilient file solution ITI have put in place.

Next Steps

• Request a review of SRM soution from ITI to consider if this can be included in scope of project
• Plan Wiki failover activity for Dev

Disaster Recovery for Priority Services

Achievements in Last Period

• All priority services information reviewed and updated in dashboard
• Component workflows created for each service
• Agreement gained for project touse IS Applications Sharepporint site to upload TADs and DR information, engagement with Service Management
• Draft Structure created for SharePoint - this has been distributed to project team for consideration and agreement
• Meeting held with Graeme Wood ITI regarding INF120 project reviewing our project progresss and activity, and how this may assist /dovetail with ITI Business Continunity Project 

Issues

• Consider if new TAD versions should be reproduced for 5 priority services
• DR repository has still to be created - waiting for confirmation TADs can be uploaded onto SharePoint Site - Project Sponsor proposing this to OGG, also Service Management resource availability to support repository creation. Extending milestone date for delivery however this does not impact key delivery milestone.

Next Steps

• Review DR plans and identify any potential gaps of information
• Review previous DR documentation and create new updated versions for review and agreement
• Review project resource estimates, returning potential unused days back to programme
