Resources, Skills and Costs

Project Governance
The project will be governed by the following :
- Weekly, or when necessary, project team meetings to manage the progress of the project deliverables
- Monthly Status reporting to Project Sponsor, INF Programme Manager and INF Programme Owner
- Communication to ASTA users within both IS Applications and SEP PMO
