Initiation

Initiation was initially carried out by David Smyth (production), Mark Lang (dev tech) and Franck Bergeret (project services) in Aug 2012. Initial meeting held to dicuss proposals, scope and objectives required for the project Brief.

Further meeting to review Brief was held with SACS (Karen Osterburg and Ruth McCallum)  and PM in September, as well as with Ruth, Iain Fiddes, Mark Lang and PM.
