Programme off to a strong start, with only 1 day unplanned carry over and three 15/16 projects already in planning/beyond planning.

Two projects won't start until 2016, so only one more to initiative in October 2015.

Richard to remain software development lead for INF.

AP081502: The Wiki Page being used by INF105 project shoudl be referenced by the website. Maurice to ask David to add this. Done.

AP081503: Dependencies on other projects such as RMAS should be logged as risks or issues. Maurice to ask David to add this. Done.

AP081504: Richard should be kept informed - at the very least - on new projects, project brief. Maurice to ask ISG PM's to note this. Done.

AP081505 : When we plan the 16-19 annual plan, we must ensure that other programmes are given an early heads-up on migrations, upgrades - CF11, Oracle 12c, etc. October action. See AP081510 below.

AP081506: Stefan and Heather to get back to Graeme Wood on the application that cannot move off Red Hat, and dates for those that can.

AP081507 : Stefan will contact Adam about INF110. After a month, almost no tiem has been spent on this project and the project brief will be delayed by at least two weeks, which means at least 7 weeks to get to end of planning. This is unacceptable. Done.

AP081508 : For the system monitoring pilot project, we need a rep from USD. Stefan to follow up. October is when we want to start this project - need to determine who will be on the team, as Stefan and Iain may not be available.

AP081509:  Maurice to check with Fiona on her workload. Done.

AP081510 : Annual planning - first meeting to discuss 3 year plans to be held in October. Maurice to organise. Done.

AP081511: Resilient File Store is critical for Apps. Maurice to follow up with ITI as they plan 15/16 work. AP081512: Maurice to also follow up on collaborations with ITI, when we/they are needed.  DevOps (INF108 follow on), System Monitoring Pilot (INF107 follow on), SQL Server Purchase, Oracle. Done.

AP081313: Stefan and Heather to update the Value for Money document for Simon/Auditors with costs, from their knowledge of licenses, servers, etc.
