Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update

The ITS081 Change and Release project has closed as planned, with C&R work completing under the Upgrade Proejct or as service support work.

The SMI002 UniDesk Upgrade will deliver upgrades to the four universities between late May and late June, as agreed by partners and SHU.

The SMI003 CMDB project has started, with an initial workshop with our partners and TOPdesk scheduled for late June.

The current estimate is showing 11 days over budget, with an overrun of 13 days coming from SMI002.

Programme Manager will review the actuals and estimates to complete with Project Manager and Service Management to ensure the data is up to date and, if there is an overrun, look to the tasks to complete to see if anything can be considered for descope to keep to budget.

Programme Manager will report back to the board on the budget issue w/c 27th May.
