Work/Task Breakdown

We have been provided with a high level estimate from COM007.  During the Analysis phase we will detail this plan into a concise work/task breakdown.  Doing this will be crucial to the success of the project.

We will provide a full re-estimation of the project costs at the end of Analysis.

The Project Manager will provide twice weekly updates on our project to the stakeholders.
