Work/Task Breakdown

The project will be delivered in two blocks of development to fit with availability of development resources in Core. This will result in the following high level work breakdown; 

1. Priority 1 developments (10 days effort from Core) and Bug Fixes (March development)
2. PDF Software replacement (asap, likely March)
3. Priority 2 developments (April/May development)

Depending on how the user group prioritise the requirements IS Apps development to compliment the Core deliverables may be required in March or from April onwards.

Projects costs can be made available on request to the Project Manager.
