The corporate University Website is the main shop window of the University. It attracts more than 13 million unique visitors globally, with nearly 40 million visits annually. Students are demonstrably using the website resources across their student lifecycle (prospective to alumni), for a variety of purposes.
Since the launch of the current platform, EdWeb, more than 70% of the University’s business units have migrated into it. This has achieved a better and more coherent online experience. Nevertheless, a web estate audit completed in 2018 has showcased the existence of more than 1,600 unique websites (EdWeb being one of them) across the organization, resulting in a fragmented overall online experience.
