General.

- The weekly meeting has been moved to accommodate Geir who is on leave each Friday until Christmas break. The meeting will revert to Friday morning after the Christmas break.

- The familiarisation task will continue to Thursday the 12th December as Agnes and Geir have not yet completed an install of v10 with the UoE code applied. We will review progress then. Stratos and Bruce are very keen to review the look and feel of v10 which will inform documentation and training needs.

- Discussions took place around testing effort and Stratos and Bruce informed the group that the full test comprises around 50 hours of effort. A level of 'critical testing' has been identified at an estimate of 10 hours which may be applied to low risk changes.

New/ Ongoing Actions

2. Stratos to view new Polopoly version 10 on local install. Geir to facilitate. Action Stratos/Geir. Ongoing. Geir and Agness have npo completed the install and expect to be in a better position on Thursday.

3. General testing effort which covers all detailed test scripts is estimated at 50 hours duration by UWP. Some of the testing effort may be split over different environments but this will be in the plan we agree-  Action Bruce/Stratos/ Stevie

4. Stevie to confirm with Mairi that the action identified during the estimation process "UWP to test plugins" refers to editor plug ins which will be tested as part of the current plan.

Previous Actions

1.UWP to handle all comms. Action will be added to the plan 3 weeks prior to deployment to trigger comms to wider Polopoly community. Action - Stevie/ Bruce. Complete. Discussed and Agreed.
