Resources, Skills and Costs

LTW are providing resources for Senior User and Business Lead roles.

IS Applications are providing Project management, Business Analyst, Software Development, Development Technology, Production Management and Service Management resources from the agreed funding.

Blackboard PM will be assigned to the project and Blackboard will be responsible for data migration to SaaS.

Project Governance

Governance will be provided by the Project Team and a Project Board which is to be established.  PMO will provide project Quality Assurance.
