Achievements

  • Closure was approved by the project team by 21 November and submitted to WIS 25 November

 

Issues

  • Stakeholders and interested parties who replied were happy with the closure report and moving the project to closure. WIS rejected closure and asked for meeting to review lessons learned. They have since agreed that the meeting can take place after closure and have agreed closure.  

 

Next Steps

  • An internal meeting to agree the lessons learned wording in the closure report
