A meeting was held with stakeholders and a way forward agreed - project brief being resubmitted this week
Issues
Project brief was initially rejected as Service Management said that they could provide the service required rather than move it into APPS. As PM received conflicting information as how to proceed it was escalated to wis who asked for a meeting between all the representatives (specifically Mark Lang, Alain Forrester and Ana Heyn) to discuss the current issues and to decide on the best approach to move forward with this project. It was then agreed to take forward under APPS. It was agreed at the meeting that the project brief could now be considered approved and build could continue. Project brief to be resubmitted to WIS
