Impact

Priority and Funding

This project has been classed as a priority 2 and 50 days of funded effort to spend has been allocated in 15/16.

However it is important to note, following review of the project at planning stage the project team feel that this project is more aligned to 70 days effort. Therefore any additional funding over 50 days will need to be sourced from the core funded TEL programme funding.

The project team will provide an estimate aligned to 50 days however this will be re-estimated following Design as it may be impacted by output provided by the Applications Architecture Group - a risk to the project has been raised to this effect.

Impact and Dependencies

The project should be implemented before July 2016 however it would be beneficial for the Moodle Data feeds to be developed, tested and deployed against the current version of Moodle v2.8 as upgraded via TEL022 project. This will give the Learning,Teaching and Web team a baseline to test against for the next Moodle Upgrade project expected to commence in January 2016.
