    • After a number of meetings between the Programme Manager, Portfolio Manager, the Project Sponsor, it was been agreed that the project will now change tact and focus solely on evaluating some additional market-based solutions.
    • The project Sponsor has arranged two demonstrations for w/c 18th December and arrangements for IS Support for these demonstrations is being sought as the project manager is unavailable
