• Project Board agreed to include business process review as part of a larger project. Project STU235 will focus on building the IT Tool for the Online Reporting System  
• Project Board approved business case for IT Tool. 
• Set up series of meetings in Nov/Dec with the 3 User Groups to review business processes, determine requirements and priority.
