Overview

Having review the project plan with the project team who are now all returned from annual leave and paternity leave, with the directive from the project board to close the project as soon as possible in May, given current resource availability and the need to complete UAT with the users (some of who have issues accessing TEST) the project team is confident in the new milestones below to complete UAT, deliver and close.

Complete UAT 13/5, deliver the week after, close the week after.

The sign-offs from Edinburgh and Abertay will be sufficient as stated by the project board.
