Overview

Edinburgh testing is on course for completion soon, but our Partners continue to complete their UAT.

St Andrews have not indicated when they can start, and Abertay have had conflicts with other priority projects which has led to their UAT only really starting w/c 31/3 and even then the PM is now on vacation.

PM has spoken to the IS Apps Director about the issue and consequently will propose at the project board meeting on 9th April that we set end of April for partners to sign off on what has been designed and built for configuration and data import and Tree Walk.

The partners would then have the option to do UAT in the timeframe or opt to not be involved due to other resource demands locally.

After that, the project  will implement changes to UniDesk for all partners based on the successful UAT and sign-off by Edinburgh, and hopefully one or both other partners.

We can then update the process via CAB and change requests if the need arises onec partners start to use the CMDB.

This approach will have to be confirmed as an acceptable way to deliver CMDB, or otherwise, by the board.

No increase in budget - perhaps it may reduce if partners do not want to work further on this just now.

The project status is set as AMBER because of the uncertainty aroudn partner timelines.
