Achievements

Attended Budgeting and Project and Grant Management due diligence sessions.
Noted any potential risks/issues arising from the workshops in terms of impact on identified benefits in the OBC.
Project plan and scope sent to PMO
Started work on deliverables
Follow up Financial Structures session organised

Risks

No new risks identified, a session has now been arranged with the subsidiaries and invites are being finalised

Next Steps

Attend Tax and Compliance, and then Period End due diligence sessions
Prepare information for follow up Financial Structures session
Discuss with Deputy Programme Lead a possible meeting with FIRST, this is in preparation for the follow up session

Project Status

RAG Status

RAG Commentary: The due diligence sessions to date have provided sufficient information for a couple of the deliverables. The subsidiary meeting has now been arranged, hopefully as a result of this meeting we will be in a much better position to confirm they will be using the new core system. The follow up Financial Structures session should hopefully provide FIRST, College and Support Group accountants the opportunity to review Inoapps comments on a proposed Chart of Accounts and segment string, and come to some form of agreement.
