Met Lorna, Carolyn Mitchell and Craig Middlemass to discuss the org hierarchy work.
Prepared fit/gap sessions documents and invited attendees for all sessions.
Attended Financial Structures fit/gap sessions to discuss organisational hierarchy, account code, job codes and policy governance.

Risks

The risk of subsidiaries not using the core system is being reduced by Garry arranging an initial meeting with Edinburgh Innovations senior management to discuss the core system implementation.
