Work/Task Breakdown

Phase 1:

-Build:

  • Expand to support multiple schools 
  • Improve administration 
  • Update BOXI reports 
  • Improve front end site

-Training and Support

Phase 2 

Worktask breakdown will be based on a prioritised backlog of items, regularly updated by the steering group. Development will be according to that backlog, with the development being done on a feature-by-feature basis. While not explicitly labelled as an agile project, this is basically an agile approach to planning, development and delivery.

Resources Skills and Cost

The expectation is that the development work will be continued throughout the project by the original PATH developers, who are now working within IS Applications Division.  Other divisional resources will be required as per any other IS Applications software development project.

The development of new functionality will be prioritised and limited to the available project budget.
