Achievements this period

  • Re-arranged the DevTech Resource to carry out the initial analysis in the time between 24/06/19-05/07/19
  • Change of Planning was submitted and approved by WIS.

Issues

  • Extension of Planning Milestone was required due to the lack of DevTech resources, which were required to carry out the initial analysis to define the further project scope.

Next Steps

  • Results of analysis will be discussed in the second week of July to start and finalise planning.
  • Second Kick Off Meeting with Project Team to be taking place in July to finalise the Project Brief
  • Milestones to be re-planned after initial analysis was carried out

The Scope of the project has slightly changed already within the initial Kick Off Meeting as the RedHat Operating System might now move to Centos Operating System (compatibility with Oracle and cheaper licensing option). In order to analyse the current system Setup, DevTech was booked to carry out some initial analysis in order to identify the further scope and deliverables. Due to unexpected absences from the booked Resource, the work could not be carried out yet. An Escalation took place and DevTech Management is re-arranging the work in cooperation with Resource Management.
