Achievements in Last Period

  • System analysis progressed and 2 d consulting with Tribal held with the project team 
  • Some progress on the constitution of the working groups

Issues

  • At risk: system analysis completion 22 Mar- Delay to resourcing (sickness, WSA, SIST upgrade) . To be reviewed.  Following milestones/impact to be revisited at end of analysis

  • PM resource conflict with student experience plan https://secure.projects.ed.ac.uk/unpublished/project/sac077/issues/4 - Resource requested from other department

  • No Developer secured apart from lead dev. Likely required for April/May dependent on system analysis outcome

  • Business analyst secured, to work with Lesley on running the user groups,  but limited availability before end March- Raised with her resource manager.

  • Go/no Go decision delayed

Note that 2nd stream - new data required to be captured at the next registration. PM secured and analysis work in progress see separate initiated project https://secure.projects.ed.ac.uk/project/sac078
