Achievements in Last Period

• project brief signed off by project team and other stakeholders

• Resources secured- business analyst will start in Jan, though limited availability 

Issues

• Revised effort to complete analysis has increased to 48d (was 20d) and will push end analysis to 22 Mar (was 4 Mar). Governance agreed see issue https://secure.projects.ed.ac.uk/unpublished/project/sac077/issues/2 - Following milestones/impact to be revisited at end of analysis

• PM resource conflict with student experience plan https://secure.projects.ed.ac.uk/unpublished/project/sac077/issues/4

• No Developer secured. Required for April

• Business analyst secured, to work with Lesley on running the user groups,  but limited availability before end March- Raised with her resource manager.

• Changes to scope approved by project board: SFC and TL in scope
