Issues

  • 1st stream: new statutory framework- no business analyst is available for now. The BA planned for this work is not available prior to Feb (Funding handover and live support, and then SITS upgrade regression test on fees/funding in Jan)

  • 2nd stream - new data required to be captured at the next registration. The scope of initial re-enrolment for continuing students work requires to start the course re-enrolment process in Jan, for build in Feb for deployment in June. This stream needs to be prioritised over current work or require a new BA.

  • Scoping work to understand the size of the project completed
  • Resource requirements identified and allocated
  • Identify the data custodians and stewards who are responsible for each part of the record
  • Project board established
  • Working group established

In six months (June 2019)
  •  Re-enrolment process set up for 2019/20 intake
  •  Change requirement task and finish groups active

 

The project will then inform the work required for 19/20:

In nine months (Oct 2019)
  •  System developed for testing

In twelve months
  •  System tested so we can meet the mandatory test required for  January 2020
