- From the Technical review already completed by Tribal, use the written report to make changes - Apps Man (SSP to assist with testing)

- Implement SITS changes already recommended by Tribal - SSP

- Conduct a software review -Tribal, outcome: written report

- Implement software review recommendations (SSP)  

Load testing:

- Prioritise key processes during start of term -SSP/Operations-Done

-Detail the tasks being done by users within each of the process and set acceptable expected performance- Operations

-Technical review of the load testing: feasibility, tools, estimate-SSP/DevTech

- if above approved: write and develop load test scripts, and create load test framework-SSP/DevTech

- Carry out  load tests and write up results and recommendations

- Implement quick wins recommendations
