Achievements in last period

• Met SDS stakeholders to define data extract requirements

Issues

• Re-scope elements of decommissioning to SAC053  (Issue 12)

  During closure consultation with stakeholders, it was felt that as the decommissioning work that was moved to a separate project (STU255) will require BA input for data extraction, this BA time should remain within SAC053 and therefore keep the project open until this work can be resourced.  This was supported by the SSP Programme Manager and the project sponsor.

  This has been scheduled to be done late January, with UAT during late February and new project closure milestone at end of March 2018. Project can remain open until then with no expected IS resources and approximate 5-8 days of SSP BA time. Once this work is complete the decommissioning under STU255 can proceed without input from SSP or SDS.

• Move Closure milestone updated inline with (Issue 12) .  
• Risk to closure milestone as decommissioning milestone yet to be planned ( No SMT action required)
