Resources Skills and Cost
Resource IS skills have been identified following the SDS and estimation meeting:
- Service Management/IS to confirm publication proof of concept, to support the dashboards
- Data Architecture Technical Lead-Dev Tech: TAD, set schema , and support DataMart/BIS build as a percentage of build effort
- SITS/SSP developer and SSP testing
- BIS developers for data transfer and BIS work, peer testing - BIS Integration tester: resources and skills within Operations
- Oracle developer for manual script to extract and transform data from Evasys and SITS
- Dashboard design and build: resources and skills within Operations
- Production coordinators to support
- Project Management/SSP
It has been estimated as a Medium/Large project
The project is estimated at a total of 194 IS Apps days (180d 15/16, 14d 16/17)
There is additional SSP funding for the Other IS Apps effort: 116d. Plus the cost for using Rob as SSP BI expert
There is additional effort from SSP Tester and from Student Systems Operations.
