Achievements in Last Period

• Strand 2 outline plan agreed by Steering group
• Continued build and test for strand 1
• Demo strand 1 to user groups
• Some UAT for strand 1 (to be completed March)
• Formulate detailed training & comms plan for strand 1
• School/College briefings with senior academic and administrative staff (to complete first week in March)
• Meetings with school representatives for pilot
• Established framework for strand 2 assessment set up and mark entry workflows

Next Steps

• Complete UAT for strand 1
• Handover and deploy strand 1 (project team will be supporting software through exam period to end June)
• Formally agree School/programme/courses to include in pilot (CSPC to sign off)
• Document detailed SITS software issues that will necessitate workarounds for pilot and raise with Tribal
• Technical analysis mark entry and build prototype : with pilot school consultation
• Build view of progression and document process for set up and validation of progression rules
• Produce documented end to end process for a number nominated pilot programmes (using out the box software)
• Produce school rollout plan for 2015/16 - 2017/18 
• Requirements and build to support recording of Special Circumstances
