• Provided ongoing support for pilot schools 
• Met with software supplier to discuss potential enhancements to core product
• Completed initial analysis and scoping for work for DPT maintenance

• Developed and released the following to LIVE
  • Test assessment structure
  • Navigation and usability improvements
  • Performance enhancements to marks export
  • Flagging of reassesemnt methods
  • Locking of assessment set up when marks have been entered

Next Steps

• Complete changes, test and deploy BI universe and board report 
• Finish development, test and deploy marks rattification, publishing and amendment for overall course marks
• Prepare training for users for January exam boards
• Review project milestones for rest of 2015/16
• Meet with key academic and administrative contacts in group 1 and 2 schools
