- Prepared draft proposed board processes for consideration at workshop at beginning October
- Inducted new Student Systems Operations staff member who will be responsible for business support for the new system
- Provided support for pilot schools
Issues
- The project is being disrupted by the impact of developer leaving. See issue 27
- Progress wasn't as good as expected during this period due to lead developer having to deal with unforseen issues arising whilst Defeng Ma was on annual leave. See issue 28
- It is likely that additional work will have to be carried out to accommodate calculation of Grade Point Averages. This is seen as a risk to the project see risk 11

- Test and deploy record changes to marks and course roll forward
- Develop marks status flags functionality
- Develop changes to existing marks upload
- Develop board reports
- Design and start build on re-assssment functionality
- Analysis of 'elevated hurdles' and other DPT anomalies ane present to steering group.
- Produce papers for CPSC for proposed key dates, exam board processes and data required at each exam board so that these can can be adopted across the institution.
- Meet with group 2 schools individually and support pilot schools entering S1 asessment marks
