Deployment of communication of progression decisions

The first release of this project has been deployed, enabling progression decisions to be recorded against the student in EUCLID. This is to support the updated policy on communicating results to students.  This release includes:

For staff:

- key/upload decisions into EUCLID with accompanying guidance/instructions for students who are not progressing normally

- publication of decisions to students

- view a student's progression decision history 

- Personal Tutor view of progression decisions and awards for their own tutees

- BI universe changes for MI reporting

For students:

- details of progression available in EUCLID student self-service (notified by automated email when a decision is published) and links to school specific-webpages detailing the support available 

In addition to the software development, the project team have worked closely with colleagues across the University (Academic Services, Colleges and Schools) to ensure that the changes to policy have been communicated and that Schools have revised business processes in place to meet the requirement to communicate progression to students.
