3 | An XML file can be exported from an Excel spread sheet that contains re-assessment results. The XML will be in the correct format to upload into EUCLID. |
4 | An XML file containing re-assessment results can be validated. The system will read the file and confirm that the format and data are correct and suitable to be uploaded. |
5 | An XML re-assessment file can be uploaded into EUCLID. The file will successfully validate, the re-assessment results upload and the appropriate SRA records will be updated. Actual and Agreed marks should be populated |
6 | An XML file that contains both assessments and re-assessment results will fail to validate. |
| 7 | The re-assessment process will validate a file against a users School (where user in super user). Validation should fail for students outside of the user s school. |
| 8 | Vaidation will fail for a student where the re-assessment marks have already been uploaded. |
| 9 | Validation will fail for a student where no re-assessment (RAS) record exists. |
