Issues

• Business Lead has confirmed that WP4 is not longer required, and they are waiting for formal confirmation from the users (and feedback from Rena Gertz). the solution currently in place works and is actively being used. The problem is not the lookup, but requirement to check that data in Worktribe is correct. Business Lead is checking if the current lookup is compliant with GDPR. The ultimate goal here is not to replace the lookup, but to remove the requirement to have the lookup in the first place.
• Any remaining tasks will be business area owned with no involvement from IS Apps resource therefore the project closure can commence.
• De-scope WP4  from project
