Achievements in Last Period
- WP1 Agreement gained with Lisa Dawson Student Systems to use student data and provide test resource if required.
- Unidesk call raised I171102-0085 to set up EPPN
- WP8 Meeting held with Service Management Alain Forrester and agreed for servers to be set up in Web Hosting, test setup with accounts, DNS set up for uploader / downloader available in test and checked by RIS, live activity in progress.
- WP4 Progressing business process with Susan McLaren - UNIDESK call raised for infoed extract from HR
Issues
- Milestones have been reviewed and agreed PICCL submitted to WIS for approval
- Only PM resource required from IS Apps to complete project
- A new risk raised in case Is Apps resource required for WP4 then additional funding required to be provided by Programme Owner and Sponsor
Next Steps
- WP1 -UNIDESK call complete and testing to be confirmed
- WP8 - Complete configuration for live and confirm upload and download of data
- WP4 - Finalise business process and correct access for resource
- Close project
