Achievements in Last Period

• Ongoing dialogue with Student Systems to update data document awaiting approval
• Approach made to RGS to understand their access process for HR

Issues

• WP8 Meeting held with DevelopmentTechnology and RIS resource to understand fuller requirements of this activity, however concerns raise that there may be more depth work required. Meeting with St Andrews University colleagues who are looking at this at present, has still to be arranged by RIS this is to help gauge if this actually is a larger project and more funding to complete.
• WP4 still to be progressed likelihood this will be a business process and no technical resource required
• Review impact of delay and unplanned budget required for next financial year 17/18 review with Programme Owner and Business Lead, revise project milestones
• Student intern has now left so limited availability from PM to progress

Next Steps

• Discussion to be held with RIS on status of project 
• WP1 - Student System approval provided and set up EPPN
• WP8 - Meeting to be scheduled with St Andrews University
• WP4 - Arrange meeting with RSO and RGS together with HR resource
• Close project

The project Status is RED as limited progress has been made, milestones to be confirmed and budget to be approved for 17/18 financial year.
