Achievements in Last Period

• Project Brief approval completed
• WP1 required approval for use of UUN@ed.ac.uk for Staff this is needed from HR which has been provided, for students we require confirmation from Student Systems - data form has been provided and awaiting further details from approval area.
• WP8 RIS have provided guidance information and activity requires Dev Tech resource with possible Apache2 skills

Issues

• Delay in project brief sign off due to PM and intern on annual leave - this has now been approved
• WP8 Meeting held with DevelopmentTechnology and RIS resource to understand fuller requirements of this activity, however concerns raise that there may be more depth work required. Agreed to arrange a meeting with St Andrews University colleagues who are looking at this at present, this will help gauge if this actually need a larger project and more funding to complete.
• WP4 still to be investigated, likelihood this will be a business process and no technical resource required
• Review impact of delay and unplanned budget required for next financial year 17/18 review with Programme Owner and Business Lead, revise project milestones

Next Steps

• WP1 - Student System approval provided and set up EPPN
• WP8 - Meeting to be scheduled with St Andrews University
• WP4 - Arrange meeting with RSO and RGS together with HR resource
• Close project

The project Status is AMBER due to delays in progressing Work Packages as project resource on leave and other project and business priorities
