Achievements in Last Period

  • Service owner and key stakeholders agreed to de-scope all work packages - except for WP1, WP4 and WP8
  • Dev Tech resource made available for WP8 - Snowball Metrics task
  • Remaining work on WP1 and WP4 on hold while focus has been on  higher priority work on RES064, RES066 , RES060 and STU252

Issues

  • RED - Planning delayed ( PM and business leads - resource conflict) 
  • Student intern will be assigned to complete the remaining work packages and close the project
  • Service owner has escalated WP1 - single-sign-on for Research Professional
