Achievements in Last Period​

• Systems Analysis and Design are currently underway and options are being explored to deliver the business requirements
• Communications with the users is underway by the Procurement Team
• Discussions between the Project Sponsor, Project Manager and the supplier have taken place
• Project Manager has met with the Procurement Team to help identify the tasks for Procurement within the larger project plan

Issues

• There is a potential change to scope for this project as there are several options for the delivery which are currently being analysed. These will be formally managed as a change to scope if required.

Next Steps

• Project Sponsor to issue Gap Analysis
• Completion of the Systems Analysis and Design
• Raise any relevant changes to the project scope
• Share the Project plan with SciQuest
