Achievements in Last Period

  • Both Systems and Business Analysis has taken place.

Issues

  • Due to illness in Project Services (project manager), the progress of the project has stalled over the last month however this is now being picked up again.

Next Steps

  • As some of the milestones have been missed due to absence, the project will require a replan and another estimate. The milestones originally given were indicative and will be reviewed in light of recent analysis.
  • The project sponsor is currently on annual leave so new milestones will be reported in August.
