Issues
- Revised project plan has extended milestones past desired dates and may result in decommisioning of PECOS in 16/17. This is to be reviewed with development to determine if a second developer could be assigned to reduce timescales.
- Full design sign off not completed as TAD not avaiable. Systems Design Document signed off and once approval from Technology Management has been received then full sign off will be requested by email.
Next Steps
- Review resourcing options with development to determine if timescales can be reduced by assigning a seperate developer for the Users, Codes and combinations
- Revise project plan and circulate to Estates and Sciquest for feedback
