Achievements this period

• Build stage under way
• Design of password reset deliverables under way
• Change in project priority to priority 2 agreed

Issues

• Issue relating to adding emails for users not registered in EDDIR might have caused disruption to HR comms processes resulted in delay to build work
• Build work delayed due to loss of resources due to forthcoming departure of development lead
• Additional handover time required from development lead
• Build review delayed till late April
• Current agreed milestones may not be achievable

Next Steps

• Build review to be held
• Investigation  into inbuilt  password reset to be carried out 
• Deployment to TEST to proceed
• Current milestones to be confrmed, or new milestones to be agreed.

Milestones

The project status is AMBER as  the build review has not yet been approved and this may result in delays to the delivery milestone. Similarly the project re-estimate to be carried out at the build review cannot yet be completed.
