  • API run in LIVE
  • Several JIRA issues closed
  • Investigation into poor performance of self-service portal at peak times continued
  • Load-testing carried out with colleagues in IS, Payroll and HR
  • Changes deployed to LIVE and performance improved during March Payroll period
  • Agreement reached to increase budget allowing extension of  project till after April payroll period and delivery of P60s ( expected in early May)
