Achievements this period

• Enhanced scope confirmed with project sponsor ( Item 49)
• New development resource  recruited and introduced to project
• New milestones agreed with project sponsor 

Issues 

• Business (payroll) may not be able to deliver online payslips in August
• Production resources may be difficult to assign for UAT/delivery in July/August (Item 50)

Next Steps

• Sign off new paper payslip in TEST
• Clarify delivery of online payslip with business and any associated risks

The project status is RED as the new milestones agreed have been moved by more than a month and as the delivery of the online payslip by the business may not now be achievable in August.
