Achievements this period

  • Password reset and UUN/Email updates delivered into LIVE 
  • Project replanning discussed with IS project team, sponsor and business leads 
  • New milestones proposed
  • Development resource assigned (contractor) to deliver new paper payslip deliverable
  • Outstanding PAY30 JIRA addressed:https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/browse/PPP002-31
  • Estimates delivered to create new paper payslip deliverable ("PAY31") and to update PAY30 with enhanced scope
  • E-recruitment and PAY30 deliverables re-deployed to TEST
  • UAT of E-recruitment deliverable underway

 

Issues 

  • Enhanced scope to be confirmed with project sponsor ( Item 49)
  • Development resource departing early June - new development resource will have to be recruited ( Item 49)
  • Newly agreed milestones will not be achievable given departure of development resource ( Item 49)
  • Production resources may be difficult to assign for UAT/delivery in July/August (Item 50)
