Achievements this period
- All IS Apps changes applied by this project have been redeployed to DEV and retested after recent clone of HR DEV from LIVE
- All IS Apps changes applied by this project have been redeployed to TEST after recent clone of HR TEST from LIVE and are ready for testing by business
- Implementation plan updated as a result of issues noted during redeployments
- New estimate approved by project manager, project sponsor and programme manager
Issues
- Lack of suitable developer resources (eg to cover training or leave ) remains an issue
- Developer resources conflicted for by higher priority projects ( eg RES060, PPP004, PPP007)
- Changes to be applied in DEV and TEST by Payroll business due to clone of HR TEST and HRDEV have not yet been redeployed or retested
- Business to signoff redeployed changes in HR TEST
- Current milestones not achievable as changes due to clone of HR TEST and HRDEV are not yet signed off and UAT is yet to resume
- Payroll business lead unavailable due to higher priority work
- Agreed estimate now likely to require review due to likely extended duration of project
Next Steps
- sign off redeployed erecruitment changes , password reset, uun/email updates, online payslips and PAY29 in TEST
- resume user acceptance testing of PAY30
- New milestones to be agreed
- Budget to be reviewed due to extended duration of project
- Agree deployment signoff criteria with business (due to business decision to continue delivering paper payslips for transition period after delivery date)
