Achievements this period

• UUN/email updates signed off in TEST
• Agreement reached to replace requirement to update PAY29 by producing a PAY30 report to be run in paralell with PAY29
• PAY30 report written and available for testing
• New milestones agreed with project sponsor

Issues

• Lack of suitable developer resources  (eg to cover training or leave ) remains an issue
• Developer resources conflicting with  higher priority projects ( eg HRS085) 
• Recent clone of HR TEST requires that all changes applied by this project are redeployed and retested
• Recent clone of HR DEV requires that all changes applied by this project are redeployed and retested
• acceptance sign-off at risk due to lack of developer resource to resond to issues identified in UAT 
• acceptance sign-off at risk due to business resource testing requirements ( unexpected absence and requirement to retest after UAT fixes) 

Next Steps

• redeploy erecruitment, password reset, uun/email updates and PAY30 changes to TEST
• User Acceptance Testing to resume, now to including retesting of uun/email updates erecruitment, password reset, uun/email updates
• Agree deployment signoff criteria with business (due to business decision to continue delivering paper payslips  for transition period after delivery date)

RAG Status

The project RAG status is AMBER as the remaining  milestonesare at risk due to likely conflicts for developer availability and the additional requirement to redeploy changes to DEV and TEST due to the clone.
