Policy and TOM development workshops have been completed 

Draft TOM has been written and an overview provided to the participants in the working group who contributed to the drafts.  They support the model proposed.

Meeting with internal audit to review the proposed TOM against the outcomes of the 2016  Audit  of Policy Management 

Draft paper to go to the SEP board (31 Oct)  outlining the principles for policy management and the TOM
