Project has moved to MVMLAT Programme
Estimation completed for highest priority changes before Industrial Action started

Issues

Completing the review of the analysis and the estimation of the highest priority items was delayed by over 3 weeks due to the Core BA having been reassigned to Core Systems programme (see portfolio issue https://secure.projects.ed.ac.uk/unpublished/portfolio/mvm/issues/41)

RAG Status

RAG Commentary: BA working on initial requirements was re-assigned to CORE systems programme. Business analysis was needed to be completed to inform the shape of the project (i.e. procurement, improvement or new development). and the delay in estimating the requirements gathered caused issue with scoping and therefore starting the project. Portfolio Manager obtained agreement from Core programme to release BA so that estimation could be completed before the Industrial action period started.
