BA working on initial requirements was re-assigned to CORE systems programme. Business analysis needs to be completed to inform the shape of the project (i.e. procurment, improvement or new development). Delay in requirements gathering will cause issue with strating & scoping the project. The current applications will not scale anmd needs to be replaced in this session. Newly recruited BA has been assigned to the project - start on 4 Nov.
